What is it?
Brain-state conditioning is a discipline, to some degree, due to the fact that it demands time and patience. Using this technology, the options of brain-activity that most suit the client’s needs are made readily available in the ever-present. Once those successful states are established in the brain’s palette of options, they do not diminish unless by extraordinary conditions. Unsuccessful options of brain-activity will diminish as the brain follows what allows pleasure and higher function.
Throughout the training we will offer the client a variety of optional tasks to carry out during their sessions. These tasks range from guided imagery to focusing awareness on sensations in the body to holding to particular thoughts. This is to speed along the process by guiding the client to the states of mind that offer the brain activity associated with their goals. None of these tasks are required for progress, as the pleasure of brain activity in balance and harmony is enough motivation for the mind-body of the client. They can advance the speed of progress considerably, while training. The more a task is executed with a spirit of play, without forcing it, the more rapid the progress of brain-state toward it.
